Equilibrium is seeking a creative, detail -driven Global Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand and support our teams across the regions we operate in Canada, Australia, and the United States.

We are seeking someone that can truly live and breathe our culture and translate this into marketing materials that stand out. We want someone who understands our identity, embraces our values, and showcases what makes Equilibrium unique across the globe.

This is not an entry-level position. The successful candidate will be expected to take initiative, contribute strategically, and play a hands-on role in defining and delivering our marketing plan.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop high-quality engaging content (via LinkedIn or other platforms), including video posts, campaigns, and thought-leadership pieces.
  • Refresh and optimize LinkedIn profiles for leadership and technical staff
  • Provide conference and event support, including materials, messaging, and pre/post event coordination
  • Develop and update brochures, capability documents, and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs)
  • Manage and updates to website content, project pages, and service offerings
  • Collaborate closely with global business teams to ensure alignment across regions, with flexibility to work across time zones
  • Work closely with the CEO to understand, capture, and convey Equilibrium’s voice, priorities and message across all marketing materials.
  • Partner with technical staff to authentically communicate the depth of our expertise and increase the visibility of Equilibrium’s technical capabilities.
  • Maintain brand consistency and ensure all materials reflect Equilibrium’s voice and character
  • Manage marketing budgets and external suppliers/agencies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in marketing and event management (minimum 5 years’ experience required)
  • Exceptional writing and content creation skills; all content must be original and human-led (use of AI-generated content is not acceptable)
  • Graphic design and branding experience and experience producing marketing collateral such as brochures, SOQs, or capability packages
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to fully immerse yourself in our culture and authentically reflect it across all marketing materials
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple regions and time zones
  • Familiarity with geotechnical/hydrogeological engineering, mining, consulting, or related industries is advantageous, but not essential

Location: Canada or Australia (hybrid/remote options available)

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000- $95,000 CAD ($80,000 – $105,000 AUD). The final base salary offer will be at the Company’s discretion and presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.
