We are proud to launch Equilibrium Mining’s first Parental Leave Policy. This milestone reinforces our commitment to creating a work environment where family and career can grow together.

A Policy Built for Real Life

The new policy offers up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave for birth parents and 12 weeks for non-birthing and adoptive parents. Employees may also take up to 40 weeks of unpaid leave within the first year, giving families the flexibility to choose a leave arrangement that fits their needs.

To support employees before and after leave, we have also introduced a tailored parental leave planning process. It focuses on workload preparation, communication preferences, and a smooth, supported return to work.

We are especially proud that the first two employees to benefit from this policy have been new fathers. Their experience shows why equal access to parental leave matters. Bonding, caregiving, and early milestones are important for every parent.
