On June 11, Equilibrium Mining proudly hosted EQ Conversations: Time for a Change in honour of the International Day of Women in Mining. This event brought together nearly 100 attendees and a panel of industry leaders. The session sparked honest and solutions-focused dialogue on how the mining sector can advance gender equity in real and practical ways.
